Made from leaf fat surrounding the kidneys, this is our most refined tallow. Suet tallow is lighter in flavor, higher melting, and exceptionally clean — ideal for baking, pastries, and anyone looking for a neutral, ultra-smooth cooking fat. It can also be used to craft beauty products.
